Probably 5 weeks of any meaningful training and none at all the last 2. Its not the end of my world even though its getting frustrating now. Gives me a chance to recover and start the new year with loads of energy and enthusiasm to give a 10 x 10 cycle a real good go. |

I've been advised to lower the weight. So 10 x 10 is a very good way to build the weight back up slowly and safely, while still getting a good workout. And in 3 or 4 months I'll be lifting heavier again. Hopefully |

People say to me its possible to be too big.....but for me I dont want a physique thats average something thats reachable, I want something thats unobtainable that looks like its so hard to get, yes women hate it, BUT I FUCKIN LOVE IT....SO FUCK IT!! why do I want this??? Back in the gym after about a million year lay off or so it seems. Shoulders 3 days ago and back today. Pathetically low weights for the first week to make sure I'm fully fit again and then full steam ahead again. So far no unwanted pain |
