worked up to 5 pps for squats today
body weight is not cooperating
nationals this weekend should give me a boost for alittle while
very motivating seeing some guys I competed against up on that stage

not sure. one guy looked much worse, but a lot of factors play into it. I was right next to him a couple months back, so i wont right him off b/c of one saturday.
i know sometimes getting it right multiple times per year doesnt always work out so I just have to hope they are progressing a little SLOWER then me

i hope to duplicate what the last couple of workouts have been
very heavy, good amount of volume
going to go as fast as the body lets me,but unfortunately my life and health come first, so it may get in the way of achievement in this game
we will see.
going to keep dong it my way
the stage is a huge part of my life, but not all of it
