This is a cutting transformation contest, the aim is to transform your body, The winner will be determined by the best overall cut body transformation.[/COLOR]

[COLOR="Navy"]You will need to keep a full journal which will include:

Your training

Diet

Supplements used

Gear used

Photo's of before, during and after.[/COLOR]
(Photos do not have to include the face or distinctive tattoos.)

This competition will start on Saturday the 20th of June 2020 and will end at mid-day on Saturday the 29th of August 2020.

The winner will be determined by the best overall cut body transformation.

CC will judge the competition.

The prizes are as follows:

Winner - $1000 to spend at GBNstore

2nd Place - $700 to spend at GBNstore

3rd Place - $500 to spend at GBNstore
