Right. So how much do you drink in a day. I'm trying to get mine up to a gallon before I cycle. In the U.S. we have some horrible tap water. So I get spring water. It's been going much faster though.
I know too much water can harm someone, but is there a part where too much water harms our fitness outcomes.

A disastrous idea is not to drink. It doesn't work and we need plenty of water to flush the kidneys through. Being dehydrated is not healthy.
