Whats vit T?? lol nice you rather them over dbol know some guys get more from dbol at 50mgs a day then 100mgs of oxys weird how everyones bodys work so diffrent to the compounds

was doing some lying db leg curls and spotter dropped the db on my legs
had to cut it off right there
had some swelling inside of the knees. not a good lifting day

I think it effected back day as well yesterday.

got some good work in, but failed terribly on deads
looking forward to the last days of a bombs. all in all, no weight gain, a little strength, but not sure they did what I was hoping.
weight is steady, log book is ready to be beaten rest of the week.
last couple training days have been disappointing

chaning over to some primo supplements from gbn in @ a week and give it another blast until nov.

it,ll be ok. the bench took most of it, but it clipped the inside of both knees. tender to the touch, but nothing I cant get over.
at least wed is chest, so I get to lie down
