Been reading some feedback
Gonna do my own log
Balkan labs simple straight forward, ordered from hugetom and GBN
going to put up some lift numbers as I go, and hopefully come out of this w/ tremendous gains, and positives @ Balkan

Starting numbers:

safety squat bar box sqaut (92#)+ (2 chains 60#)+ 6 45's-- 3 reps
rack deads 500 --8 reps
db press flat 150# ea -- 2 reps

When/if these #'s go up, we'll see
maybe some pics along the way/video(youtube channel)
Weight 198 BF% ? you decide
GBN FTW :):)

back squats 6 45's +25 + 2 bands x 8 reps
realized not going deep enough after reviewing video of said lift, but the back is limiting. herniated disc in Jan. Felt good, strong, so overall good, but need more depth.
Nothing wrong with the Balkan exp so far

very good improvement
followed w/band training and other pressing
thumbs up as of now for balkan

moved from 3 to 11 reps.
think I flew home from the high
absolutely killed it. guess it was just one of those days
still stuck on reps of 5 for efts bodyweight hamstring. next time I am getting video

if they were legal in my country, I would probably be using 375 mg/wk of test en., but they are not so I guess we can all dream.

back at it this week. the attitude really lets you down when you deload or cruise or whatever you call it week at the gym. Yesterday I knew what I was doing and really got back in the groove.
I never realy know how much I am doing or when I am done, when I never really start anything. I can't measure anything and really don't know how intense to go?
I guess it is necessary but I never have good workouts during those weeks, but I always do the following weeks, so gonna be some good times in July

chiro visit in the morning: thank goodness
flat db pres 150# x7 w/ one assisted negative (spotter pushed way to hard and fast)
goal was to do 8 unassisted by August. almost there. it is like I put a time frame and it became a limit?
other chest work was arbitrary at best after that, besides the stretching. one drop set of smith incline 3 #/ 2#/ 1#/ per side x5 x5 x5
1 set hammer decline
stretch and squeeze with cables (partials)
weight is up to 206 this morning
200 carbs per day, 50g fat. no wonder it moves slow, or doesn't move my mistake, although I had 100 gr after training yesterday. but refusing to get smooth

last couple of months have been crazy with the amount of gains in strength. Moved up in squats, deads, and presses.
Looked back at the video of 150#x 8. I actually was abl to do that after inclines last chest workout
feeling very good and seemingly stronger each week. Increased studying a little, but sure has impacted a lot.
from august squat went up 100 pounds. cannot even believe when I look at the old pages of logs here.

i found gbn a yesr a go and did several orders trying to grt trust built up and they were great. the dragon pharm came along and i ordered my but off. the test e and c i got was bunk so ill never order that product again. i dont think it was gbn's fault. but it was takink for ever to get here so i had to go with someone else, well that some one else has a little prop so i was thinking best to order from snd gbn came to mind. half my order was here in 8 days. i will stick with them for now. they amaze me. there price is higher then some and bulk is not good price, and NO GENEZA my fav tabs in the world and by far best price. these guys have been here a while and im glad i found them. i just cant take fakes. it only happened with there first batch of dragon when the test e was only like 33.00 now there prices have almost dubbled. hey gbn, BIG TOM if you want to look out for that bad batch lol my e mail is [email protected]. love you guys! brian

sorry for your past experiences. I can only say from mine that I have never received anything that wasn't A+.
gbn is trustworthy supplier and has appropriate pricing for real supplements. When the pricing goes down too low, you can believe something is up. It is hard to make it for some of the pricing you see out there.

I train heavy, relative for me, kind of like a powerlifter. lately I do reps of 5 or so for my heavy sets.
some exercises I do a little more volume, but they are worked into the workout. I incorporate a DC style as I always try to increase the weight each week by 2 1/2 #'s per side. when I cannot do this for an extended period of time, I switch exercises for a while and then go back.
having the long ester really kept levels smooth and even, so my high and lows were never really noticeable. just a smooth ride the whole way.
My emphasis now is stage so my training will switch a little, but the major lifts will remain the same, and strategy of increasing will also stay as long as I can keep it up.

this year I reached the highest off season weight, but not enough to get me into the next weight class. another year maybe.
I figure if I can do say 50 more pounds on such and such lifts, my body will adjust accordingly and increase in size and from what is was last year. this of course is based on how it has been progressing over the last 2 years

yea gotta get that kalpa prop. switched and have DrPH. right now. when the kalpa order arrives I will make the switch to that without a doubt. i am very happy with that label, and am very pleased gbn added it to the inventory.
Currently down about 15 # from start of precomp, strength staying relatively stable

leaning up pretty good. holding muscle well, and strength is staying relatively stable.
have to admit the balken sus is my favorite, but what i am using now is still good.
I guess i respond well to the long esters, and it stays nice and even.
Compared to the cyp and enan, it wins, we'll see @ the prop.
The kalpa line is getting some major action all over the net, so looking forward to getting it in
gonna get some pics when the gym isnt so full of socialites

back pump was crazy. couldn't even walk
more leg presses
supersetted w/ lunges + 50 partials
ham curls with partials from the bottom after 3 sets
messed up good:)
hit the bad spot on this one. get it in:rolleyes:

not happy with level of leaness, so time to step up cardio a little bit.
off days going to lower carbs and add more veggies:mad::mad:

still holding h20 b/c of the longer esters, but that will soon change @ end of the month

gettin after it with some deep squats and walking lunges
try doing 30 with chains around the neck:mad::mad::eek::mad::mad:
only got through 2 sets before bile was coming up, and hamstrings were gonna pop
preworkout drinks taste terrible the second time
rested for a while and hit some partials and full rom for hams
had nothing left for calves. hitting them later in the week
switched bold out for mast for the next 7 weeks
paperwork from the post said santa was at my home today but no one was home. I will return to pick up my presents
