When I looked at it it looked like some power station or capacitor/transfomer that was about to produce some sort of current

pullups/rack pullups
tbar row (wide handle) 4 35's 6 25 's
standing pullover (suspended chains)

Very bad day in the gym
woke up 2 hours early for work and missed a meal b4 training
seems like I hit a sticking point, or just need more rest, so I think a little de-loading week is in order next week

seems like my hips and hams are not quite recovering from Saturdays with going into deads on Mondays. May have to see @ a potential switch if the next few weeks doesn't bring any progress

Im getting to the same point now. After this contest im going to take a week or two off. Or maybe inact an easier program during that time since I never make it through the brakes I plan

first couple were a little shallow, but the rest seemed good
hack squats high rep 3 x 20
leg curl full rom/partials
calf raise (hack) 5 sets Last set w orange mini's

As best as could be done in between prejudging and night show

one tbar row (light, just for pump)
