Bulking Competition
Welcome to the latest HyperMuscles competition
This competition is open to all members The rules are simple, Put on as much bulk as you can in 10 weeks! You will need to keep a full journal which will include your training, diet, supplements used, gear used and photo's of before, during and after. Please make this journal as detailed as possible. You can keep your journals in this section: Contest Journals - Bodybuilding Forum | Weight Training | Weight Training Programs | HyperMuscles.COM Forum This competition will start on Saturday the 26th of May 2012 and will end at mid-day on Sunday the 29th of July 2012. The winner will be the member that has put on the most muscle bulk. I think I'm going to try this one...I'm just about to start a cycle I've been out of the gym all winter do to a knees injury from snowboarding, so I shriveled up and havnt worked out in 6 months..so it willl be a big transformation and I'm in the prosess of getting my tattoo so you willl know it's me..lol, thanks for this opportunity Hm.!
