Bulking Competition
Welcome to the latest HyperMuscles competition
This competition is open to all members The rules are simple, Put on as much bulk as you can in 10 weeks! You will need to keep a full journal which will include your training, diet, supplements used, gear used and photo's of before, during and after. Please make this journal as detailed as possible. The winner will be the member that has put on the most muscle bulk.
