Bulking Competition
Welcome to the latest HyperMuscles competition This competition is open to all members The rules are simple, Put on as much bulk as you can in 10 weeks! You will need to keep a full journal which will include your training, diet, supplements used, gear used and photo's of before, during and after. Please make this journal as detailed as possible. I think I'm going to try this one...I'm just about to start a cycle I've been out of the gym all winter do to a knees injury from snowboarding, so I shriveled up and havnt worked out in 6 months..so it willl be a big transformation and I'm in the prosess of getting my tattoo so you willl know it's me..lol, thanks for this opportunity Hm.!
