Well, hi. I’m not entirely new to the board, read some threads a few years ago but that’s it.
I used to do martial arts and a tiny bit of heavy lifting some time ago, but never got more than... just lean. Didn’t do anything in the last 18 months due to an injury and therefore lost the bit of muscle I had and gained some weight. Since I have to start all over again I decided to take the step into weights without martial arts or anything else. Hoping to get some good tips to start off that journey and get some results Smile
