workout routines

So since I apparently lost mine, does anyone have a link or something for a solid strength gain workout routine/program???

I used to have one I had from when I used to do my lifting for football back in the day, It had type of exercises, reps, sets, bodyweight percentages everything but I lost it so if someone can help me out it would be appreciated!!!

you could try P.O.F TRAINING OR GVT TRAINING .. THEY BOTH WORK REALLY GREAT IN THE STRENGTH AND POWER AREA OF TRAINING..
