I need a solid chest routine for strength can somebody help me

Bench Presses 5 x 20 down to 6
Incline barbell Presses 5 x 10-15
Dumbbell flyes 5 x 10-15
Weighted Dips 5 x 15

I don't do much for flys( lacking proper equip), but maybe I should get a few more dumbell sets and start hitting these more.

you could try doing partials on the incline bar... thts a good way to build your nervous system to be able to handle big loads.. it always works for me..

I do like GVT, although I prefer 6 x 6 rather than full on 10 x 10

ive read your regimen and it looks balls out.. im talking about the short rest breaks and i think tht it would just kill me..lol if i tried ur training.. and i can just imagine the iron tht ur throwing up.. GVT training was really good for me for platue breaking and defiantly built my nervous system in order to handle heavier loads..

I do flyes with kettle balls, best part of chest is doing flyes.. imo
