I prefer higher intensity but with volume since I don't have a workout partner I can at least take a few breaths and finish the last rep. Not a fan of asking people to spot me.

Both. On squat day I ramp the weight to one heavy set using 90% of my one rep max. I then fallow up with 5x10 set of deadlifts using 60-70% of 1rm.
Heavy deadlift followed by high volume squats
Heavy bench press followed by high volume military press and vise versa.
Throw in some assistance work and im done

Both
High Intensity for Sprints
High Volume for weights
I workout at home, sometimes that is a good thing, sometime it is bad, I dont have to wait for machines, but I do have to deal with my kid interrupting me to go potty. But mostly she tells me to turn up the music and go workout mommy.

Both, rotate periodically, from a base of heavy weight to the high reps. Generally ever 6 to 8 weeks, I will move to the lessor weight, high reps, for a 2 week period.
