As part of your chest workout, do you do decline presses ?

At the moment I do them every chest workout, They take more stress away from the delts which is very useful as it helps protect my injured shoulder.
Normally I would just add them every third or forth chest workout.

i always do it. but i like to do mind on the machine's the ones that let you put 45lb weights on them. i like to start off with 2 plates on each side 2 sets for 12 then on the third set throw another 45lb weight on both sides and do my 3rd and last set for 10.

Very sharp pain in both shoulders when I do this exercise. I do the decline fly instead.....no pain from this.

Haven't done them in years....there great for your ego...let you use more weight, because of shorter distance one has to press the weight. I feel it does little for chest development!

It's really strange! When I train I don't feel any pain in the shoulder,
As soon as I finish it kills!!!
