What cardio works for you?

Love it or hate it, cardio exercises are vital. What do you do to burn calories and keep your heart rate up?

Well apart from the walking once a day.
I also take part in strongman medley's one day at the weekend, this def gets the heart and lungs going and I sweat a hell of alot Big Grin Big Grin

Nice sharing.
I think the best cardio exercise is swimming, i also go to nearly swimming pool with my friends 2 or 3 time in a week. I think a man should do any exercise daily because there are a lot of benefits in exercise. But i love swimming.

swimming is excellent cardio imo if you have the facility available, would you go prior or post workout for maximum benefit?

I usually use an elliptical.... or boxing...both work fine.
