only up like 7lbs...

I was up 9lbs freaking pounds right after Christmas but i got sick for a week and dropped WAY low....was pissed. now im only 7lbs up...






Ate chkn potato....bbq sauce and cheese...

drank a shake

ate a crap load of chinese food..
