Pullups are the best bodyweight exercise to build a strong and wide back. You need the grip strength to support yourself and muscles in your lats and upper back to pull yourself up and touch your chest to the bar. yeah i do them quite often
found as got bigger seem to be much harder used to do 3-4 sets 10 reps easy now 5-6 reps for 3-4 sets

Yea the more weight I put on they do become harder but I do r sets with weight hanging from my belt .I can remember when I could only do 1 lol

I havent been doin much of them at all but I should start hitting them
People say to me its possible to be too big.....but for me I dont want a physique thats average something thats reachable, I want something thats unobtainable that looks like its so hard to get, yes women hate it, BUT I FUCKIN LOVE IT....SO FUCK IT!! why do I want this??? CAUSE NORMAL FUCKIN SUCKS!!!

I do them to the front when I try and do them to the back of the neck but that way hurts my shoulders
