Is it just me or does anyone else think GBN operates like clockwork. As soon as my sent payments were collected, my stuff was immediately processed and shipped out immediately. I'm talking about 48 hr from money pickup to product being shipped out. It's been pretty much this way for all my purchases.

but to be honest I don't even worry now just do what I need to and let GBN do what they do and it comes when it comes

Never had any issues with GBN, and I have made MANY orders the last 3 years. I wouldn't worry if I was you, they had many discounts and contests lately so it's only normal to think they are under heavy pressure.
And I'm not even a PR of them I just really like their customer service!

So an update for all, and I will post this. Tom got back with me through the site, just wanted details on the order and even before he got my response back he had sent out the 2 missing items. Overall very positive experience.
