****UPDATE****
So an update for all, and I will post this. Tom got back with me through the site, just wanted details on the order and even before he got my response back he had sent out the 2 missing items. Overall very positive experience.
All of this has been handled now, and was done is a very professional manor, thanks folks at GBN.

Has anyone else had issues with orders recently? Mine notes it was a single shipment, but was missing 2 of the 3 vials. I am not getting a response from their help service, seems to have gone dark when they normally have quick turn around.

You speaking of one of our sponsors. GBN? I've actually had some issues updating a ticket the last few days, so I'm not sure.
As for responding, I think they've been real busy over there.
This is the drawback of them building a positive name, everyone wants to use them, and then it's harder to keep the same standard of service. Happens to all successful businesses.
I recently placed a large order, which got split. One was shipped a week after the other and one has shown up but it's not at my house, so I haven't checked if everything is there. I will Thursday.
I have another two coming, as they split my ticket and I want to order more.
However, I've never gotten shorted on anything yet.
I'm sure they'll respond.

It is GBN, and I knew they were a sponsor, hell I found them because of this site. I also agree they are likely busy considering the sales they have had going. That said, history with them (6 or so purchases to date) all of my correspondence has had fast responses with the exception of this one, so I posted here to see if there is any other information to gather and see if anyone else has had this experience.

I think Huge Tom posted here a week or so ago about how busy they've been and that everybody would be sorted. I doubt you've anything to worry about. And as we all know this isn't like buying from Amazon.

recently lot of orders have been split
also different brands seem to be split
so if bought kalpa it would come in one package
and if bought dragon would come in another
was all your products the same brand
sometimes can take time to get response when there busy
im sure everything will get sorted

All the same brand, last package I had that was spilt it noted it on the shipping portion of the order, in this case it shows just 1 that should contain all. Again, to date I have gotten great service from gbn and I suspect whatever is going on will be rectified.

We have been slammed for the past few weeks due to the specials, discounts and contest that we have been running so the help desk maybe a little laggy.

I figured you knew they sponsored, but they are not the only one. I just wanted to make sure that's who you were talking about. I hope it works out.
pullstrong makes a lot of sense here. Keep us posted, I'd be surprised if GBN didn't make things right.

Agreed, and thinks pullstrong for the response. I knew you all had a huge sale going and would be slammed.
