Currently I am training 3 times per week for mass. I weigh 88kg now but I want to add about 5-6 kgs that is why I went to this routine.

DAY 1

Chest
3 exercices
Triceps
2 exercices

DAY 2
Legs
2 ex.
Shoulder
3 ex.

DAY 3
Back
3 ex
Biceps
2 ex.
