Big fan here—I’ve been following your posts for a while.I never look at the dates so ive been reading your old posts for A while. I don’t usually post, but I could use some advice. I tried researching first, but with all the mixed opinions I figured I’d just ask directly.

Test Enanthate
8 weeks: 1ml/week (first 4), 2ml/week (last 4)
Felt incredible—like Superman. Should’ve paid more attention to diet. Focused more on avoiding injury than maximizing results I didn't fully trust my new found powers

Test Prop + Winstrol
Test Prop: 1.5ml EOD (often closer to 1.2–1.3ml)
Winny: 40mg ED, weeks 5–10
Preferred Prop over Enanthate. EOD pinning wasn’t an issue. Felt stronger, gained while leaning out, and kept more of my gains post-cycle. Minor sleep issues and a couple anxious nights—nothing major.

For both runs I used 25g 1.5” glute pins—comfortable, but pushing that much oil into one spot is slow and feels like it should be split.

Age: 52
Height/Weight: 5’9”, 204 lbs
Body Fat: ~15% (maybe higher)


I’ve trained on and off my whole life, up until about 10 years ago when life pulled me away from the gym. My first cycle was almost 3 years ago, and since then I’ve been building back consistently. Right now, I still fill out a t-shirt, though I have to stretch it a bit around the waist (if you know, you know). Diet is solid and I’ve been tightening it up for this next run. My focus isn’t cutting—the training and diet should handle that. The goal is to add size and keep progressing.

Gear on Hand
I ended up buying at different times (sales, cycle ideas changing), so now I’ve got a mixed stack:

Test Prop (main base, already planned)

Deca 200 / NPP 150 (impulse buy for a different cycle plan)

Winstrol tabs (sale purchase before deciding on this cycle setup)


My Questions
Is running all three (Test Prop + Deca/NPP + Winny) a bad idea?

If only two are worth stacking, which two—and at what dosages? taking into consideration I want to get over this plateau I'm on and make the jump to the next level.

Orders come quick now, so I can still grab anything else I might need without delaying my start.

At 54, my main concern with Deca is the obvious “Deca dick.” Haven’t had real side effects before, but after 50 SPOILER ALERT that one’s a serious concern.

I don’t want to use everything just because I bought it, but if two of these make a solid combo, I’d like to put them to use.

PCT
So far I’ve only run Clomixyl post-cycle (came with the orders). At what point should I step up to a stronger PCT or add on-cycle support? I’ve read about both, but the options and names get confusing.
