managed to train a push pull legs so only 3 days
and eating in last week has been loads take aways and candy and ice cream
but wasn't too bad felt like nice week off always good to make time for the family this life can really get your attention away from what really matters
also I trained with my 14 year old son who now wants to come with me all time so im going to join him up and take him few times a week
I'm a hard knock flier and a rainbow rider, a straight shootin' son of a gun...
