Can I still build muscle as a vegetarian or vegan?

Why the answer is “yes”: While we’ve got no beef with your carnivorous habits, plenty of gym rats believe protein only comes from something with a face. This is not the case. Tofu, oats, quinoa, beans, soya, plant milks and veg all carry plenty of protein. But be wary, as all is not what it seems.
