Had 2 spinal fusions in 2 months! Been training in BJJ for years had surgery on every limb from peeps trying to dismember me! Now recovering from 3rd back surgery. Been cycling equipose and test prior to last surgery. Had great results and canât wait to get back at it next month! Just wanna shout out Tom for being there to answer any questions and coming through on all my orders! Any BJJ guys hit me up. Always curious on junk cycles for a competitive BJJ or MMA competitayor!
