All,
Sorry for my inactivity over the past two weeks. I have been dealing with home issues and well Saturday is my competition so this is a deload week.

What show are you doing? I have a bunch of friends going the Charlotte cup this weekend.
After my infection I lost 20 lbs so I decided to wait till next season to compete. Don't want to buy a NPC card for only a month or two

I compete in powerlifting.
Competing in the RPS federation.

hey crew you have to pay for a npc card..?? how much does tht cost ???

I think 125-150 and it runs a calendar year.
