Does anyone have a cure for a hurt arm. Ive had xrays and they say nothing is torn. Doc says its just pulled muscles. Well its been a month and it only seems worse. My right arm hurts from the wrist to my bicep. I seem to be getting a stiffness in my elbow. Ive tried everything and nothing helps. Im desperate to get back on my cycle.
