sometimes get real back pump witch makes workout uncomftable
and obv gear makes it worse
is there anything can be done to reduce it
someone in gym said to me that turine really helps a lot taken pre workout
has anyone heard of or tried this
be good to get other poeples opinions

ya back pumps suck, check your form when doing excerises and its the gear as well, dbols and tren will give you those back pumps and shin pumps, what excersises do you do when you get the back pumps?
People say to me its possible to be too big.....but for me I dont want a physique thats average something thats reachable, I want something thats unobtainable that looks like its so hard to get, yes women hate it, BUT I FUCKIN LOVE IT....SO FUCK IT!! why do I want this??? CAUSE NORMAL FUCKIN SUCKS!!!

It looks funny in the gym but it helps me 1st get on all fours extend the opposite leg as high as u can while the opposite arm from the leg is also extended as high as you can then reverse. Also a foam roller works great, and hanging from the pull up bar with weight hanging. I still do dc stretches till tis day but the foam roller works great

i do get them back day
but really bother me on leg day on hanstring moves
like standing and seated ham curl and lunges
this makes me end up missing stiff legs due to back pump

I only get discomfort like that if I eat to many carbs. To close to training deadlifts or squats
