Does anyone else here lose dicipline at the weekends/days off with meals? I tend not to cook as much decent meals at the weekend as I do during the week. Also sleep in on sat and sun missing some meal times

I always eat crap and drink alcohol on a weekend, I'm good all week but give myself this time off, fri and sat night mostly.
I do however go for a run on sundays and try and do kinect with the kids just to make myself feel better

I have a cheat day on sunday when I just eat crap, believe it or not its actually good for the system

I just took 5 cheat days!! I needed an break from the monotonous eating an lifting. But I'm back starting tomorrow.

the only thing i maintain on Sat. & Sun.,is my protein intake
(thank god for myofusion)
besides that, i eat all the junk i can,seem like all the work i do through the week,my body has no problem destroying the crap i put in to it on the weekends...
