Patience is a must when it comes to this lifestyle we live. Many will give up due to the amount of hard work and patience the desired results require. No one said this would be easy, just know that nothing beats the feeling of accomplishment

So true i know a guy training like 3 years sees no gains doesnt eat anywere near enough food train hard enough or rest gets mad about it i tryed to help but nope doesnt listen to him ive only gone up over 4stone since ive being training like asked about drugs im like what :/ u dont do anything right cant make a castle without bricks
take your time do things right ul become a god one day
