So true i know a guy training like 3 years sees no gains doesnt eat anywere near enough food train hard enough or rest gets mad about it i tryed to help but nope doesnt listen to him ive only gone up over 4stone since ive being training like asked about drugs im like what :/ u dont do anything right cant make a castle without bricks take your time do things right ul become a god one day
