i wait a week....mainly because i have the same schedule every week and its easier.

If i could start over a day or 2 earlier i would.

Depends on the definition. I usually work my main muscle groups Mon-Thursday, take Friday off then do nothing but low rep heavy compound excercises. A few setss of low rep bench, squat, deadlifts, rows, etc. I like to focus during the week on the 'bodybuilder' type workout and use Saturdaays to stroke the go so to speak.

Legs and back 7 days any other part 2-3 days

Other bodyparts 1 to 2 times a week, but squats 3DAW gotta work that booty and deads 2 times a week.

SO only every other day for squats, my favorite exercise
