Who trains for the benefits of training in your list?
Lots of health benefits on that list, kind of goes out the window the moment you start using gear or putting on an unhealthy amount of muscle. The simple point is, if you skip your workout you won't grow. I do find it amusing that people turn to insults/humour just because they don't like another opinion!

i do it because i use to be a meth cook and destroyed my skinny ass life with things tht produce no good fruit and only leading to dark chapters of despair.. I once destroyed and now i shall build... to build mmy tower high enough to talk to GOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
