Wow!! For a company that prides itself on "24/7 customer support" I'm pretty shocked. Still no reply to my email after placing an order. Still no response after PMing Huge Tom. Still no response to my second ticket except for "do not submit multiple tickets". Pretty confident GBNstore.net is a scam. Stay away...a real shame, was looking forward to doing a lot of business.

bro, it seems you are checking "wrong tickets", gbn has 24 hour customer support and anyone here can confirm this, I got your PM on Friday but replied today as I was out of country with some friends.

P.S. If you closed a ticket there is no chance customer support will see it, if you created a new ticket or replied to the old one and did not got a reply within 24 hours that means they did not got your ticket and you can contact me giving ticket ID so I can check what happened. But I assure you and you can ask any of our customers that replies are within 24 hours, sometime instant, there are cases when our CS "chats" with customers when both are online.

after tom sent yesterday morning a pm....i replied, and never more heard of him..and gbnstore...where is the 24/7?!?!

only thing admin said to me, is to check the mtcn number.....the mtcn number is right, the collector name is right..everything is right,exception the collector name WU, that is blocked..

bro you worry too much, ticket is #1 to communicate with customer and this is stated in our FAQ. I am here as additional help so you dont expect me to answer in 24 hours however I am always doing this with some small exceptions.
I just checked your ticket and I see you have answer there so just check it.
