celebrating on sunday

back workout
high hammer rows 5 pps + 25(needed a spot)
rack deads super set w/
t bar
went up to 4 pps and 4 on the t bar

b/o rows super
set w/ reverse hypers

low cable partials

cable curls
dumbell curls
rope cable
hammer curl - went a little too heavy, but a little cheating never hurt anybody

March has been good to me as it has been a lot of hard work on cardio, and no slowing down on the weights

just a shout to GBN for the products and service that are going to bring me to the stage. Hopefully representing and doing them proud

kalpa prop is going well so far 2 pins no pip. have a recent surge in sebaceous activity so I am trusting there has been a surge n T levels wit the short acting ester
cardio followed by more cardio
also playing the hunger games :(:(

lighting is bad, but if it isnt there it isnt there. does look better at the other gym with a camera instead of a phone

added some mast for the last bit here.
workouts are little longer due to the higher reps and different intensity techniques like super sets and drop sets
Amazingly have enough energy to get through them, but the endurance suffers towards the end

last leg day consisted of
leg culrs w partial at the end of the last set (10 sec btwn partials to failure)
leg press after warm ups 5 sets of 25 reps
lunges sets of 40 http://i40.tinypic.com/zin7mg.jpg
stiff legged deads (until my back could not do anymore: was @ 7 sets, reps didnt count and increased weight each time)

feeling very full. veiny as well. going to put it all together this time and nail it for prejudge.

again very happy with how i turned out
time to refocus again on the offseason and make some progress going into the next year
everybody is usually motivated right after a contest, so no diffeneces here, but I know I will be motivated 6 months from now as well
getting some products in my next order geared towards mass and strength gain.updates with progress and pics will keep me on track

adding lean mass, but not too much too fast(as if that is possible!!!)
what I specifically mean is I have a photo shoot with gnc that is supposed to be scheduled soon, so i cannot get out of control w/my calories. after the shoot is over, weight gain through january and then stage next may twice and then national show later in summer, hopefully in the next weight class up:):):):)

everything is better, I can see muscle growth, muscle quality is better.
the thing which is noticeable from first view are better legs on second pic, great!

weight has been 233 fro the last 3 weeks. hit sort of a plateau for the time being
good things happening, thickness is coming along, got my first 3xl shirt, didnt fit like a dress, so positives all around
waist still fits same pants, legs and ass are getting some chubs, so they are tight

got 5 sets of pullups 10 reps ea
huge deal b/c my weight is so high
even went a little slow for last 3 sets

weight is steady but I know there is more to come

Prob done with deadlifts from the floor
been doing from a little below the knees. no pain in all the wrong places and more overall feeling in the back
Hoping to work up to 5 p.p.s. with maybe an additional 25 or so by years end
depth and thickness will hopefully reflect that type of weight

had done the 13th rep but with a little spot. got it all the way, but stalled on 14
have a goal of 15 by oct/nov
