Oh! Didn't realise it was so little. Don't know what to say really. I do better than that and I don't eat anything like as much as I should.

All I can say, if you are eating enough, is that maybe you should ease back on the training and rest more. I'm only saying that because it works for me. I'm older than most but I don't see why the same principle doesn't hold true for everyone .

I can see how frustrating it is though.

Well I'm only doing an upper lower split squatting once a week and deadlifting once a week and benching twice. I usually squat and bench 3-5 times a week and deadlift once or twice so recovery shouldn't be an issue especially while on gear. I'm getting stronger for sure but I just hyped myself up to much reading what other people experienced. I'll test my maxes on the last week of this cycle.I have about 3 weeks left
