I have recently wanted to shed weight. So i decided why not post it and allow people to see what works for me. So that we can all learn together. Not only that i want to show people that there are legit and safe sources here on Hypermuscles, with REAL anabolic steroids. Alot of people buy fake and bunk gear and decide to give up on there dreams. But lets do this together.

Products
Sciroxx Anavar-80mg a day
Sciroxx Test E- 500mg a week.
Sciroxx clenbuterole - 40mcg a day to begin and then slowly up the dose 3 weeks.

Geneza pct - nolva and clomid. Following the cycle Oral tren will be taken for 3 weeks about 5 weeks after Pct Right before summer, to show the incredible gainst that can be made off the produt alone.

Workout. Cardio will be done 4 days a week once a day in the AM. 1 hr

3 days split routine. I will post what i do each day. So make sure to keep up and follow.

Diet will be clean as can be.Meats and vegetables, along with 1 protein shake a day following workouts. I will post what foods i take in along with the times and everything i can to help make it as easy as possible for anyone who would like to follow what i did in the end.

Starting weight 250lbs.
Goal weight 199lbs.

First goal weight will be 240lbs starting today, untill sunday. So by this coming sunday i will have wanted to have lost around 10lbs.

Pictures will be posted alot, i just have to get some one to take pics as this is kind of hard to do it alot to get back shots of myself and what not. But i will start it off with a quick pic.

So as you can see quite out of shape. So im giving my self 12 weeks. Follow me on my cycle and help me acheive my goals.

So first thing today.

I took 40mcg of Sciroxx Clenbuterol. I may take another 20mg in a little while.

I then did 45minutes of cardio. I burned 500 calories. along with about 60 carbs. Sweting like crazy but loving it.

Breakfast in 25 minutes
1 cup liquid egg whites 26grams of protein.
2 whole eggs
and mabey a meal relplacement shake which is about 4 carbs and 60calories.

I have already consumed a gallon of water threw my cardio workout.

Day 2.

My diet from today on will consist of Chicken, Rice and vegetables along with 1 or 2 protein shakes. 3x a day i eat 1 chicken breast 1 cup of rice and 1 cup of greens.

3 gallons of water i am consuming each day.

My workout was cardio and body exercise.

Pushups 4 sets of 25
pull ups 5 sets of 20
crunches. 100
situps 100
sidecrunches 100
lunges
Box sqauts.

I took 80mcg of Clenbuterol Sciroxx and 50mg of Anavar stomach was a bit upset. from 80mg the other day.

I will weigh my self sunday, to let you no what i have lost so far for weight.

You will need a better workout routine than that to accomplish the goal you have set for yourself. Get yourself a good weightlifting schedule and hit the gym.

Darkside that makes me happy to hear that bro. The Test E is working great it kicked in and i can feel the power from it. But the best part is i am shedding weight like crazy, i didnt want to post how much weight i have lost untill sunday morning, but so far i went from 250 to 245 in 4 days. so im pretty pumped.

Meal 1 today was a meal replacement shake.

No cardio in the AM because i had to work at 430am so i did not have the time.

Meal 2 i had 1 chicken breast and a cup of string beans. Great meal.

I will do cardio before bed and have a protein shake shower and then pass out. In the morning Cardio will be on full blast, the workout is going to be my chest. so stay tuned and i will explain tomorow what my chest routine will be.

Ok so today im feeling a bit sluggish from the new diet.

So i ended up still doing my cardio first thing in the morning followed by a protein shake mixed with liquid egg whites.

I will have fresh pics and my First weigh in tommorow morning so i will let everyone no how much i have lost.

When i look at my self i can def see a diffrence from the past week, i feel really good about the way i am looking and feeling from the products aswell, the clen makes me feel like i can never get outa breath but it definitly makes me swet alot.

No side effects what so ever from any of the products.

No workout today. I have been doing the high reps this week i did arms and shoulders and chest, tommorow i will do my neck and legs. And then back to the regular workout routine of low 8 reps. I think next week i will do cardio 2 times a day and work out every other day, just keep changing it up.

Anyone got any ideas or comments please lets hear them. If you have lost weight before tell me how. All the tips are welcomed and needed.

So today i will be posting up new pics.

Its been about 1 week.

Weight loss 5lbs. 250 to 245 in less then a weeks time.

40-80mcg clenbuterol sciroxx daily.
50mg to 80mg anavar daily.
Test E 500mg a week i am on week 4 starting today.

Diet, i have had sausage peppers and onions for dinner over the weekend. Daily im taking in about 200grams of protein mainly from food sources, Chicken, Egg whites is alot of my diet. I do have a protein shake either after my workout or after a cardio session.

Today is legs day and back day, then tommorow morning cardio.

Wednesday i will go back to just working out arms, Thursday cardio, Friday will be shoulders, saturday cardio, sunday i am going to take off. Next monday it will be back, then legs wednesday friday arms.

Every 2 to 3 days i throw in exercise just for forearms and neck. I feel i get a better workout this way.

So. I am about a week and half in to this. I been dieting very well, but i also had a couple meals i mabey should not have had, like a meatball sub.

So the first week i lost 5lbs in 6 days, and now i just lost another 2 and 1/2 lbs in total 7 pounds in about 11 days times. So i am pretty happy, because i can tell im putting on mass aswell.

The Anavar from Sciroxx is kicking in and i noticed i been loosing weight around my midsection which i love at 50mg a day.

I also take clen at 40mcg a day and somtimes 80mcg a day.

I do cardio every other day on my non lifting days.

My food is coming from Chicken, fish, protein powder, eggwhites, chili i have a cup a day if i want, and its not bad for you at all. I eat steak once a week.

So sunday i will let you no how much weight i have lost so that is exactly 3 days from today, so i will have 2 workouts and 3 cardio sessions, between that time. Lets see what i burn off.

Quick update. Better pics in a little while.
 
My cam wire is shitting the bed right now idk. Im having bad luck lately. I snapped a few pics with my webcam.

So i was kind of shocked when i looked at the scale today. I weigh in at 256. Yea wth right. Well not really wth because i noticed that all i already went down from size 40 pants to size 36 pants. Which im wicked happy about. But i also noticed my back got alot larger muscles and my arms are getting really toned. Im wicked happy the anavar and Test E are def kicking in big time my gains are pretty impressive, i had alot of fat on me when i was starting out at 250lbs, now i weight 256 and look a whole lot better. So obviously its muscle weight.

I had no muscle tone what so ever. Even though these are webcam pics you can see the changes in my arms, i cant wait to untill the next 2 weeks for this stuff to be really kicking threw my body.

The pics above you can see that i am just relaxing, and the muscle tone is just there thats the best for me lol. I look like i lift all the time, even tho i do, the products i am using are def giving me the boost that i need.

I do not have Gyno i just have man boobs when i sit down, but ill take pics after to show how diffrent my chest looks aswell. Plus i was leaning to the side.

I do not have not 1 side effect at all, i do notice that my balls are smaller but other then that i dont seem to get many side effects ever from any roids. My body does good with them.

Im running Test E 500mg a week im on week 4 beggining 5 now.
Anavar 80mg a day.
Clen i take 40mcg every other day, somtimes i just dont i dont like the clen cramps, but i dont get them as bad as the liquid clen which im happy about, because i couldnt even walk without cramping on liquid clen. Pill clen is way better for me.

Other then that the work outs have been great im up 15lbs lifting in every area and up 75lbs in leg work.

My diet is still on key, Chicken 3 times a day with 1 cup of rice each time. And vegetables. I also take in a protein shake or 2 and alot of egg white. I drink about 6 cups of egg whites a day, which is about 140grams of protein, just from the liquid egg whites.

Taurine is an excellent idea, Clen strips it from the body so repacing it will ease any cramps.
Bro, hows this going, whats your training program like? I feel sure you could get better/quicker results if you changed it.
Hows the diet going?

Training is going good Celt.

I feel like in the next weeks i will see a huge difference. Right now i am Doing Abs, every other day to every 3 days. Depending on how hard i hit them, but i also get in 30 minutes of cardio every other day aswell.

I work out 1 to 2 body parts a day. M-W-F-S. So i hit every group.

My diet.

I am eating chicken breast 3x a day. Along with each meal i take in a cup of string beans or brocoli. And a cup of white rice.

My breakfast is a meal replacement shake or Protein shake. I also consume alot of egg whites liquid, 3 to 4 cups a day is 26grams of protein in 1 cup. And no carbs or calories just a few.

So pretty much i am taking in alot of protein all day. I think this week i should see a good diffrence now that the test is kicked in. Im enjoying the products very much.

Yea i will post it all today what i been doing.

30minutes before the Gym Had a can of Tuna today with 5 10mg Anavar.

Right now i just got back from the gym. And i did legs, and glute.

My legs

Leg press - 6 sets. 2 warm up sets of 275 and 350lbs 15 reps each. Next i do 475lbs 2 sets, and 500lbs 2 sets 12 reps each set.

Leg Extension- 1 warm up set 15 reps 100lbs 4 regular sets of 150 2 sets and 200lbs 2 sets.

Standing Leg curl- 1 warm up 15 reps 100lbs 4 regular sets of 125lbs 2 set and 150lbs 2 sets.

After this i take a short Break and i did 4 sets of 25 reps abs with 150lbs. My abs were tired today so i did not do much. I also do 100 twist for my abs at around 90lbs

To end my leg work out.

I take 2 100lb Dumbells and do 100 sqauts straight

Calve Muscle i also hold 100lbs and stand on a platform 7 inches from the floor and push up with my toes. I do 4 sets of 25 reps.

By this time i am waisted, and with all the leg work i worked my glute aswell haha.

Now that i am home im going to go have a nice 1 cup of liquid eggwhite 26 grams of protein along with 1 scoop of whey protein. Total of 50grams of protein.

I like to take 15 to 25 seconds between each set. But if i get Tired or if i go heavier, then i will take up to 40seconds then pound it out.

Ok so at the moment i am weighing in at 240, its crazy because i gained last week so it was hard i was pretty dissapointed. So im down to 240 thats over 10lbs now.

Everything is coming along i had to go easier this past thursday and friday, my shoulders and arms were killing me from the new diet and workout i had to push myself to get threw it.

Today i have Arms to get done.

I will write the routine down after i get home. Pics to.

Right now im eating breakfast which is Greenbeans/chicken breast and 1 cup of rice.

Thanks bros, i got good looking legs now to. The only thing that im having trouble loosing is around my mid section it went down alot, but i have those friggn love handles that dont look like they go down at all. Anyone got any ideas on what to do for them.
