Glucosamine, MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) and Chondroitin have always worked for me and for others I know who use it.

When I do use it I use it for long periods as for me and I'm sure for others I find it's a gradual build up rather than an instant cure.

I've also been using upwards of 4g fish oil ED (for heart health as much as anything else) for some time now and my chronic hip pain has disappeared. Whether that's down to fish oil or my use of AAS (Test with just a hint of Deca) I have no idea but the pain has gone.

Vitamin B12 daily. Sounds like you may have mild onset carpal tunnel.
I had it, supplemented my diet, wrist pain gone.

I have used k-tape . Don't ask me how it works but it does. I broke my hand in November. Had surgery and 3 pins. The pins were taken out in late December. I needed to lift again. My wrist was killing me. The doctor told me K-tape. It works great. Kinesiology Tape | KT Tape

decca lubricates the joints very well.. i had tht problem but when i got back on decca it went away.. and i had it pretty bad..
