Had a real good chest workout today. Life is crazy juggling all these things but I'm gettin my workouts and food in which are most important for my goals at the moment. Today i did

Bb flat bench
135 x 15
185 x 12
225 x 6

Bb incline
135 x 12
185 x 7
155 x 9

Pec deck
175 x 15
190 x 12
205 x 9
205 x 10

Incline db flies
25 x 10
30 x 8

Bb flat bench immediately into push ups
135 x 9/ followed by 4 push ups until failure
