The following chest workout isn't some fancy protocol . . .
Bench Presses 5 x 20 down to 6
Incline barbell Presses 5 x 10-15
Dumbbell flyes 5 x 10-15
Weighted Dips 5 x 15
Its an established, well rehearsed way to train chest!
