im working on P.O.F TRAINING (positions of flexion ) it has to do with mid-range,contraction & stretch maneuvers to hit both slow & fast twitch a&b fibers... i got great result form this kind of training and picked it back up again for the next 6 months.. ive noticed that with this kind of training i really dont hit platues .. i think i spelled tht wrong...lol
