thing is the dumbells go up in 2.5kg so if i use 30kg's to start with for incline I then have to go to 27.5kgs for the next set so i may be able to get 10 out of it:/

start with a weight that you can only do for 6 reps, drop a little weight so you can only just do another 6 and the same again

wen I do drop sets I do 8-10 10-12 and last set to failure
