I've read varying dosages. Should men take it daily? If so, at what dosage? Same question for women.
I may be misunderstanding the dosages. Is there 10iu in the bottle after mixing? So should I be going through a bottle every 2-3 days? Or should I be doing .5iu daily?
We've been doing .6-.8 daily for me, and .1-.2 daily for my wife. So we go through almost a bottle each week. Is that too small of a dosage? Is that the correct dosage?
