The more I watch of Rich Piana the more I respect him. His brutal honesty is refreshing, and it easy to except him as a source of knowledge. Of course no one source is the tell all, but it is nice to have someone with exposure saying what he is saying.

I've recently started to learn more about GH and Insulin. I truly don't care for the look of modern pros bellies. Rich touches on that here. Any thought?

Totally agree. I would like to learn more about GH and what it has done to the Professional bodybuilders.
