Which to you find the most challenging?

Keeping up all the grafting in the gym, the doms, working 'round injuries and other niggles.....

or the dieting, cutting and saying no to all those foods you'd love to be scoffing everyday?

This question is not applicable to those on a permanent bulk

lately its been working around injurys
not been in gym for weeks now due to infection i had and ended up in hospital having operation
that and the kneee witch been few months and little niggle on shoulder not that bad though
