Cottage cheese
Cottage cheese has long been considered a dieter’s staple. A cup of cottage cheese has about 20-30 g of protein and about 5-10 grams of fat.

Add some fresh fruit to the cheese and you already have a high protein – high fiber healthy snack. If you need to gain weight you can substitute the cottage cheese with some hard cheese that has higher content of fat.

Try this out before bed...one cup of non-fat cottage cheese with one to two tablespoons all natural PB (your choice depending on your macro intake) and one pack of sweet-n-low (optional depending on how strict your being). Heat up the PB for 20-30 seconds before mixing with the cheese...it's good! Plus some nice slow digesting protein to get you through the night...cheaper than buy casein! Add a small handful of almonds and a glass of ice water and you sleep with a smile! Haha
