Sadly, it's so much easier and quicker for a red top journalist to more or less copy the same old crap and churn it into a sensationalist article, than to research and present the true facts.

Raoul Moat was obviously a steroid user, but delve into his life a bit more and he clearly had problems with other forms of drugs as well, including anti-depressants.

Anders Breivik is a right wing extremist, with deep rooted hatred for those he killed. Whether steroids played any part in that is anybody's guess. It's just as likely they didn't as did, but where's the news in that.

Good job none of them was an alcoholic! Imagine the headlines then!

ps does anyone know if Rolf Harris used steroids?
