once i'm done with something as easy as curling 20 pound dumbells 4 reps x 14 my whole upper body starts to sweat, and is it from dbols? i feel much hotter then a normal workout. for instince i sat down and did normals sit ups like i would usually do and i get up a i can feel my legs and ass sweating...
