I placed an order with them last month. After other obligations pushed forward, I was not able to fulfill my order with them. Huge Tom emailed me and assured me that he'd not only put my order on hold but he offered me a discount on double the order. That came as a perfect birthday present for me. Mine wasn't that quick. I got my order 13 days after shipment. Although the envelope was torn, the product was there and perfectly packaged.

Without a doubt Huge Tom is the best! And his products are top shelf.

The post office messed up the delivery on my order and Tom went above and beyond to make the order happen.
