Just wondering if anyone had gd results on fat loss with IF?? Do u just eat ur daily allowance in the 8 hour window???

Whenever I've done IF I usually don't don't eat from about start of one day to the evening of the next. I find this the easiest way to do it.

And yes I do lose fat with a bit of muscle. But I also find I don't lose as much muscle as when I used to just restrict calories! Work that one out!
